Background information helps us enter your initial consultation with a sense of your student’s strengths and interests.

After reviewing your intake form, we will schedule time for an initial interview and baseline and/or diagnostic assessments. From here, we will develop a baseline report to inform your student’s personalized tutoring plan.

Once we understand your student’s baseline level, availability, and tutoring timeline, we will identify the most appropriate tutor for your student.

Once your student is matched, their tutor will be in touch to schedule a phone call or Zoom session to review your student’s tutoring proposal and plan. Following your conversation, revisions can be made to the plan as needed.

Once intake is complete, your student will begin their sessions. Tutors will be in direct contact with you and your student to coordinate schedules and organize sessions.

As your student continues learning, their tutor will be in touch with updates, progress, and recommendations. Instructional changes can be made as needed, and those will be addressed individually to meet your student’s needs.
