Cancellation Policy: Section 4 of the Tutoring Agreement

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy. The Company, the Student, or the Parent may, from time to time, need to cancel or reschedule the tutoring sessions. If the Company is responsible for the need to cancel or reschedule, the Company will become available to the Student as soon as possible.  If the Student or the Parent is responsible for the cancellation or the need to reschedule, the Student or the Parent agrees to notify the Company no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled meeting.  If the Student or the Parent cancels or reschedules within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled meeting, the Student or the Parent agrees to pay the full amount required for the meeting, if payment is requested by the Company (at the Company’s sole and exclusive discretion).  The parties will then attempt to reschedule the tutoring session in good faith.
