In education, time is a limited resource. At Excel Enrichment & Educational Services, our goal is to optimize your student’s time to support their learning needs and enrich their strengths. We focus on literacy as a tool for broad educational success, and we value an approach towards learning that relies on the research and science of how developing readers learn to read and write.
Whether your student needs short-term support, or you are looking for a long-term tutoring and mentoring relationship, we offer options that can help your students reach their goals and expand their potential. Our services are typically offered online, but in-person arrangements can be made for requests in the Greater Philadelphia (southeastern Pennsylvania) and Greater Scranton (northeastern Pennsylvania) areas.
Tutoring Services
We offer a variety of tutoring options for students. As certified teachers, we provide high-quality instruction in private settings, as well as semi-private sessions, and in small group formats. For convenience, we tutor virtually, but can make accommodations for in-person tutoring sessions from local requests, which include those in the Greater Philadelphia area & Southeastern Pennsylvania as well as the Greater Scranton area & Northeastern Pennsylvania. Community Enrichment
Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our community experiences, including book clubs, writing workshops, and peer review sessions will give you the opportunity to share the joys of literacy and learning with peers. With no required commitment, you build your schedule and experience; join the sessions that work for you.
Flexible Experiences
Flexibility matters. Students and families have packed lives and routines that require intentional planning, and sometimes, creative scheduling. If committing to live tutoring sessions feels like a burden, work on your assignments on your own time and receive our feedback on your progress. We can help you plan your workload, manage your time, and revise your assignments. Take the pressure off with an asynchronous approach to tutoring.
